Exchange Support¶

There are two ways to get support in Boundless Exchange.

Reach out to the team via email at support@boundlessgeo.com to receive direct help from dedicated Boundless support staff. Be sure to include as much detail as possible about your issue, as well as all of your contact info.

Have a question you think someone else may have already asked? Check out the Community Questions and Answers page. Here you can find crowdsourced assistance, or share your knowledge with other users by answering their questions.

For version information, select the About link on the Exchange toolbar, and click Exchange in the drop-down menu.
